Monitor Twitter mentions and respond with AI-generated, context-aware replies that match your brand voice
The Prompt
Navigate to your Twitter notifications and filter for mentions from the last {{TIME_PERIOD}}.
For each mention:
- Read the full tweet and conversation thread
- Determine the intent:
- Question needing answer
- Feedback or complaint
- Appreciation or praise
- Feature request
- General discussion
- Check the user's profile to understand their context
For mentions requiring response:
- Draft reply using {{BRAND_VOICE}} tone that:
- Addresses their specific point
- Provides helpful information if they have a question
- Shows appreciation if it's positive feedback
- Offers solution or empathy if it's a complaint
- Stays within 280 characters
Prioritize responses by:
1. Questions from accounts with {{FOLLOWER_THRESHOLD}}+ followers
2. Complaints or negative feedback (address quickly)
3. Feature requests
4. Positive feedback and engagement
Respond to {{RESPONSE_COUNT}} mentions.
Wait 3-5 minutes between replies.
