- Review their profile:
* Check their location (shipping considerations)
* Review their previous purchases (if visible)
* Note any favorites from your shop
- Analyze feasibility:
* Can you create what they're asking for?
* Do you have materials/time needed?
* Does it fit your shop's style and policies?
- Draft personalized response:
* **Greeting:** Warm, personal greeting using their name
* **Enthusiasm:** Express excitement about their project: "I'd love to create this for you!"
* **Understanding:** Confirm you understand their needs:
- Restate key requirements
- Ask clarifying questions if needed
* **Proposal:** Describe what you'll create:
- Materials and techniques you'll use
- How you'll incorporate their customization
- Any creative suggestions or options
- Reference similar work you've done
* **Pricing:** Provide clear pricing breakdown:
- Base price for item
- Customization fees
- Quantity discounts if applicable
- Total cost
- Payment terms
* **Timeline:** Give realistic timeframe:

- Shipping time to their location
- Total estimated delivery
- Rush options if available (with upcharge)
* **Process:** Explain next steps:
- How custom listing will be created

- If inquiry is outside your capabilities:

* Suggest alternative items from your shop
