Etsy Shop Product Listing Publisher
Create multiple product listings on Etsy from spreadsheet data
The Prompt
Open Google Sheet at {{PRODUCT_DATA}} with product information.
For each product row starting from row {{START_ROW}}:
- Navigate to Etsy Seller Dashboard
- Click 'Add a listing'
- Fill in listing details:
- Title from column {{TITLE_COLUMN}} (use all 140 characters)
- Category: {{CATEGORY_PATH}}
- About this listing: {{LISTING_TYPE}} (made-to-order, finished product, etc.)
- Description from column {{DESCRIPTION_COLUMN}}
- Price from column {{PRICE_COLUMN}}
- Quantity from column {{QUANTITY_COLUMN}}
- SKU from column {{SKU_COLUMN}}
- Variations (size, color) from column {{VARIATIONS_COLUMN}} if applicable
- Shipping profile: {{SHIPPING_PROFILE}}
- Processing time: {{PROCESSING_TIME}}
- Tags from column {{TAGS_COLUMN}} (use all 13 tags)
- Materials from column {{MATERIALS_COLUMN}}
Preview the listing before publishing.
Mark as 'Published' in status column.
Process {{BATCH_SIZE}} products before pausing.
