The spreadsheet should contain:
- Product Name
- UPC/GTIN
- Brand
- Category
- Product Description
- Key Features (bullet points)
- Price
- Quantity Available
- Shipping Weight and Dimensions
- Variant information (if applicable)
Navigate to Walmart Seller Center.
For each product (up to {{PRODUCT_COUNT}} products):
- Go to "Add Items" section
- Choose "Single Item" setup
- **Product Identity:**
* Enter UPC/GTIN from spreadsheet
* If system finds product, review and confirm
* If new product, enter all required information
- **Product Details:**
* **Product Name:** Use name from spreadsheet
* **Brand:** Enter brand name
* **Category:** Select most specific category
* **Description:** Enter detailed description covering:
- What the product is
- Key benefits and uses
- Target audience
- Quality and materials
- Care instructions (if applicable)
* **Key Features:** Add bullet points from spreadsheet:
- Each feature on new line
- Start with most important
- Be specific and measurable
- Use customer-focused language
- **Pricing:**
* **Price:** Enter from spreadsheet
* **Compare at price:** If offering discount
* Consider Walmart's competitive pricing requirements
- **Inventory:**
* **Quantity:** Enter available quantity
* **Fulfillment:** Select {{FULFILLMENT_METHOD}}
* **SKU:** Enter your internal SKU
- **Shipping:**
* Enter weight and dimensions
* Set shipping speed based on {{SHIPPING_COMMITMENT}}
* Configure shipping costs or free shipping threshold
- **Variants:** If applicable:
* Add size, color, or other variants
* Set pricing and inventory for each
* Ensure all variants have proper attributes
- **Additional Requirements:**
* Add any category-specific required fields
* Add optional attributes for better visibility
* Set product condition (New/Refurbished/Used)
- Review listing for errors
- Submit listing for approval
